First day of the photo shoot for Serena & Lily, a really cute company selling interior decorations. This is the beginning of a three week shoot for the May catalog. Our first assignment: paint the wall the color of "Dove". Jaclyn only got a smidge of paint on her shirt, jeans, and left boot.
Then we mounted and framed all of the "Sophisticated Animals" pictures that were used on set for the basic baby room set.
All of the people we met so far are extremely nice, and it's interesting to hear about everyone's backgrounds and find out where they are from. The majority of the crew are not originally from California, and some of them had not graduated with degrees pertaining to their current career. It's impressive how everyone can be from different lifestyles, yet somehow they all come together to produce such great work. Today they constructed two sets and photographed pillows/patterns for a banner ad.
